We’re a custom shop that builds hat from scratch for our clients. Here you will find western hat, bohemian flat brim hat, men’s classic fedoras, & some mid-century silhouettes.

Millinery/hat-making is a rather old-world craft to this day. Hat blocks, steamers, sewing machines, two hands, and imagination are the fundamental tools.
We make every hat the old-fashioned way— by hand, with quality materials and your style in mind.
We take every step, and then a few extra, to assure you get the best fit and finish.
What to EXPECT from the CUSTOM HAT process:
we help you choose which hat felt,
we help you choose a felt color,
we will talk through different hat shapes and how they compliment face shapes,
we measure your head circumference and use a conformateur to get a head shape.
we pick out hat trims using our well stocked hat bar.
we discuss a pick up date
we collect a 50% deposit
we are currently 12-16 weeks out from deposit to delivery. Please note, we do make exceptions to this wait time when someone needs a hat for a wedding, a special birthday, or a special event. There have been times we have made someone a custom hat in 7 days. We can help you if you ask.
We make bespoke hats using a variety of fur felts and straws.

All fur felts perform differently. We talk through the benefits of each felt with you in person.
